RANT, LLC / RANT.com / RANT Magazine Submission Agreement

I, _______________________(owner(s), hereafter known as the "submitter", of written work, songs, music, audio and/or video, hereafter known as "works", hereby grant RANT, LLC / RANT.com / RANT Magazine, hereafter known as RANT, the right to convert my written work, songs, music, audio and/or video, works to digital media files for Internet publication, for the web site located at www.rant.com and accessable via other URL's. RANT is free to edit the material as needed or desired for display at this web site.

RANT makes no promises or guarantees that any submissions will be published. The submitter hereby releases RANT from any and all liabilities related to posting this material on the Internet and any other forms of media. The submitter also agrees to allow RANT to broadcast their works, or parts thereof, on television or any other media available today or in the future.

RANT is providing this service free of charge to the submitter. RANT total liability cannot exceed $5.00 US. If a dispute arises from RANT publishing the material provided, the submitter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RANT from any legal dispute arising from this act. In addition, the submitter acknowledges that they are the sole owner/owners of the material and have every right under current US laws to submit and publish this material as their own. The submitter acknowledges that they have read and understand this agreement. If you submit your material to RANT for publication, you are granting RANT publishing rights and accepting the terms detailed in this submission document.

Video should be in the form of VHS or 8mm video. All tapes become the property of RANT and will not be returned, so do not send us your only copy!
